My Story

I’ve worked in fine dining, Michelin Star restaurants, vegetarian kitchens, events catering, private dining and as a private chef. With an interest in nutrition and how the food we eat affects our physical and mental health I studied Nutritional Therapy, gaining a FdSc in 2012. Understanding how to design nutritionally balanced recipes and meals allows me to offer a service you won't find from a restaurant or supermarket.

My professional career began in my late teens as a means to fund travelling, very quickly it became a passion, as did travelling. I’ve lived and cooked in many countries worldwide including Israel, Australia, Greece, Italy, Spain, the Channel Islands and the UK. I’ve also enjoyed travelling, sampling the cuisine and culture of countries in many more parts of the world.

My experiences allow me to feel confident cooking with flavours and styles from around the world.

Now based in Chichester, I love creating delicious dishes based around my clients tastes and sharing my passion for food and dining through cooking. I look forward to sharing my food with you soon!
